The image of my mouth is enlarged several times and overlaid in a chaotic way suggesting that all is not calm. Close inspection reveals dressmaker’s pins randomly inserted into the image, whilst my mouth has needles inserted into it, each threaded with carmine cotton streaming onto the floor.
